During The Sale Rush
The rush starts before complaints do.
Supervisors see active calls, queue depth, wait times, missed calls, SLA, and agent status while the sale is still live.

Real Challenges, Real Solution
The calls behind every order.
Without Arcsip
Sale-day calls spike fast, and the team only notices when customers already start hanging up.
Order status, returns, exchanges, and complaints all land in the same messy support queue.
Customers repeat tracking numbers after every transfer, making simple issues longer than they should be.
Supervisors cannot see live queue pressure until delays have already hurt the customer experience.
Return outcomes depend on memory, scattered notes, or manual reports created after the rush ends.
After-hours callers leave messages in generic voicemail boxes that the right team may not check.
Warehouse, support, and supervisors work separately, so handoffs around refunds or stock checks get messy.
With Arcsip
Live View shows active calls, queue depth, wait time, SLA, and missed calls as volume climbs.
IVR sends order, return, exchange, complaint, and account calls to the right team first.
Live Notes carry tracking numbers, order details, and previous actions before the next agent answers.
Supervisors can reassign agents when queues grow, instead of waiting for end-of-day reports.
Call Dispositions label outcomes like refund approved, exchange shipped, tracking shared, or escalated.
Working Hours route after-hours calls to voicemail, email notifications, or special holiday flows.
Internal Chat helps agents ask warehouse, returns, or managers for help without leaving Workspace.

E-commerce and Online Retail
Sale Rush Control
During flash sales or seasonal campaigns, supervisors can watch call volume live and move agents before queues get out of control.
Order Calls Sorted Earlier
Customers choose order status, returns, exchanges, or complaints through IVR, so the first answer is usually the right answer.
Returns Stay Trackable
Call Dispositions turn return calls into useful outcome data, helping managers see refunds, exchanges, escalations, and pending warehouse checks.
After-Hours Coverage
When the team signs off, Working Hours can route calls to voicemail with the right message and follow-up path.

Why ArcSIP
There are options. Here is why this one.
Built For Changing Call Volume
Retail calls do not stay steady. A normal Tuesday can turn into a rush during a sale, product launch, delivery delay, or return window. ArcSIP gives supervisors live visibility into queues, active calls, missed calls, and SLA while there is still time to act.

Cleaner Handoffs Between Teams
Support, returns, warehouse, and supervisors often touch the same customer issue. Live Notes and Internal Chat help agents pass context before the next person takes over, so customers do not keep repeating tracking numbers and order details.

Useful Reporting From Real Outcomes
Call volume alone does not tell a store what happened. Call Dispositions help teams label refunds, exchanges, delivery issues, escalations, and callbacks, giving managers a cleaner way to review what customers actually needed.
