Calling System for Remote and Distributed Teams
A full business calling setup that runs in the browser, so agents working from home, a different office, or a different country all answer on the same platform from any device.
Everything a remote team needs to take calls.
No desk phones, no office wiring, no VPN to dial in through. arcsip runs in a browser and a mobile app, so a distributed team shares one calling setup wherever each person happens to be working.
Browser-Based Calling
Make & receive calls in browser, no app needed.
Mobile App
Full call control on mobile, wherever you are.
One Shared Setup
One setup, shared across all teams and locations
Internal Chat
Connect with team mid-call without leaving the screen
Built to bring ease for your team and customers.
Without Arcsip
A home agent cannot take the office line, so calls pile on whoever is in.
Desk phones tie calling to a building nobody is sitting in.
Remote staff use personal mobiles, and customer numbers leak out.
A new hire in another city waits on hardware shipped to their door.
Managers have no view of a team scattered across homes and offices.
An office outage takes the whole phone system down with it.
Work splits across personal chat apps that nobody can keep track of.
With Arcsip
Any agent answers the company lines from wherever they are working.
Calling runs in the browser, so no desk phone has to live anywhere.
Outbound shows the company name, so no personal number is exposed.
A new hire logs in and takes calls the same day, no hardware to ship.
Live View shows the whole distributed team on one screen.
Cloud infrastructure keeps calls running when an office goes dark.
Internal Chat keeps team messaging inside the same platform as the calls.
Healthcare and Telemedicine
Clinical-Grade Call Recording
Every call recorded, with an automatic notice played to the caller. Searchable, exportable, and stored to the same standards as the rest of your records.
Calls Routed by Urgency
An IVR menu separates appointments from urgent queries at the first second of the call. Clinical staff are not interrupted with bookings. Receptionists are not asked clinical questions.
Run your team's calls from anywhere.
Start in minutes from your browser, invite a team wherever they are, and handle inbound, outbound, routing, and records on one platform that needs no office and no hardware.
